I appliqued another basket block today but will wait until I have more to share before posting that. And I am working on a Jan Patek pattern Christmas quilt that I will show some of soon.Today was lunch and stitching with a couple friends. I had all I could carry when I went to the car and did not come back in for the camera. I am bad! We had a good visit and lunch was at a Mexican restaurant. I could eat Mexican food two or three times a week.
I received two Cheri patterns in the mail today. They are for making fabric covered paper mache boxes. I picked up a few supplies at Michael's Crafts but they did not have the correct size box. I will just play and see what I come up with. I would like to make a pin cushion on a box similar to what Kaaren. at the Painted Quilt did. Check it out. She is a pin cushion collector.
That's all for today. Come back soon.

I should show my quilt. I made that years ago with a great group of women. I just love it. We changed a few things but it's a wonderful quilt to make.
The next blocks look pretty darned yummy *s*
I saw that Cheri pattern with the boxes. I'm hoping I'll stumble onto a couple of paper mache boxes that I think are around here somewhere.
