PART 3 OF MILLENNIUM GARDEN

I completed a second block of "Millennium Garden" last evening but it is really part three.  Part two was making three of the star blocks.  One of which went into making the part three block.
What are you doing for New Year's Eve?  I will be sewing.  We learned long ago that being out on the roads on New Year's Eve is not the safest time.  And restaurants are crowded.  If you are out and about this evening, drive safely!

  2. Wow you have been busy, gorgeous projects from last post and also the block from this post. We have cows to milk first thing every morning and learnt long ago that early starts and late nights do not mix - so a quiet night for us :-) Did wake up at midnight, texted the kids, then went back to bed!! Happy New Year to you and your loved ones.

  3. Lovely blocks!

We will be baby sitting our new great-niece tonight.

We never go out on New Year's either. It isn't safe and we don't even stay up and watch the ball drop. I figure if I'm here in the morning, then that will be my blessing :)

Have a wonderful New Year with lots more sewing!

  6. Beautiful blocks. Those fabrics are so nice in this project.
We usually have quite a bit of family over on New Year's Eve for a meal and games, but most of them depart well before the ball drops. This year most of them will be out of town, so we are having an early supper to accommodate our 80-something parents who will be with us. I am probably going to be the only one awake when the ball drops--and I will be sewing!! : )

  12. Happy new years to you and yours! I'm heading into work right now, but I should be out by 5 or 6. Then I'm walking 2 doors down for a bbq and then we will wander into town to toast in the new year with a few friends.
