RED AND WHITE PROGRESS REPORT

A progress report on the red and white baskets I showed on the previous post.  They are now incorporated into a wall hanging.  I still have zigzag borders to make.  And I had to cover a bit of the applique with a piece of paper as it would give away who the gift is for.
I am going to wait until tomorrow to work on the borders.  I have been pushing myself the last couple days to get to this point as I am running out of time.  I am using a pattern from Temecula Quilt Co. but have made a couple changes in the applique to make it more suitable for the recipient.  Right now, the quilt is 36 inches long.  I don't know how wide.  And I don't know hog big the borders are going to be.  But it gives an idea of the current size.

Now to sit down and do some applique on another project.
