Flags of the American Revolution Part Three

Time for showing October's blocks for "Flags of the American Revolution" sew-along.  We were assigned five flag blocks this month.

The flag below was the easiest one to make!

I am linking with Lori of Humble Quilts.  Pay her blog a visit and you can see how others made their blocks.

  7. Great blocks. I still haven’t decided what to do about all those stars. Tried cutting them from wool but just couldn’t get them small enough.
    Yours look great.

  13. Fantastic job on all those stars. They take quite a bit of time no matter the technique. I liked your last one too. Sewing straight strips isn't as easy as some people think!
