Redware Vase Part 2

Two "Redware Vase" wall hangings stitched.  I left off the last border as they were getting bigger than I wanted.  The final border would just have been the background fabric.

The cottons are from stash.  Some of the wool was in my stash and some a gift from a friend.  I used different background fabrics in each one as I didn't have enough of either for two wall hangings.  The pattern I used is by Cheri.

I am working on finishing up some projects and will be back to share more.

  1. Those are beautiful and I love the colors. Are the red wools dyed or straight reds? I need to go through my stash, I had a lot of red from thrifting, so need to see what i still have.

  16. Are you going to join them for the wall hanging or leave them separate. I really like that you did not put the extra border. the HT borders are perfect. Very Pretty, love the birds.

  17. Great! I love how you switched up some of the triangle colors between the two. Are they gifts? Assuming since they are the same and wall hangings...
