Cotillion

I completed a quilt top in a wall hanging size.  I used a pattern by Marcie Patch called "Cotillion".  I don't see the pattern on her website right now but you could ask her about it if you are interested.  Marcie also has a blog called "Patchalot" where I enjoy reading her posts about life and quilting.

I need to shop for batting before I can quilt this.  I am thinking I will hand quilt this.  The pattern also shows an option for a four block quilt which would make a 45 inch square wall hanging.  Or you could keep going and make a bed size quilt.  I love the red, green, and cheddar combo of colors.

  9. Your piecing and applique are beautiful, and that would make a nice center for a larger quilt. I still have shelves of batting, I bought some on sale and some with coupons, so i always have some on hand, time to use it.
