Country Album Blocks #26, 27, and 28

Nearing the end of the album quilt blocks.  Two more to go.  Here are numbers 26, 27 and 28.

The Churning  Couple is a block from "Sweet and Simple Country Quilts" by Jenni Dobson.

A design from a Laurene Sinema pattern.

And another Laurene Sinema design.

It is hard choosing the last two block designs.  There are several to select from that would work well for the quilt.  I prepped a block today for one of them and will think a bit more about the last block pattern.

  1. I love the details on the first block--the rings on the barrel and the whiskers on the chin.
The trees on the second block are my favorite part of that one, but I have to say that the last block is my favorite!

  18. As excited as I get to seeing a project near completion, there is always a little sadness to see it come to a close. I can't wait to see your completed top.
