The Quiltmaker Bride

I have completed block three which is "The Quiltmaker Bride".  A very full block which required quite a few hours of stitching.

I will also add the "Missing Groom" block which I showed in a previous post so you can see how they look together.

The block I am working on now is for the Shenandoah Botanical Quilt so that I won't be rushing in the middle of June to complete it.  I have the fourth block for the Civil War Bride quilt (as most people call it) prepped and ready to stitch.

  19. The bride is positively charming. She and the groom belong together. You must feel such a great sense of accomplishment when you finish a block as detailed as this one!
