Fall Festival Part One

I am participating with several ladies in the making of Jan Patek's "Fall Festival" quilt.  Today is the day to share the first month's assignment of blocks.

Easy stitching because the shapes are larger in size so I enjoyed the process.  All the fabrics used are from stash.

Visit Lori's blog to see links to more pictures of the blocks made.

This is the start of something very nice. I also love the quilt in your header. I will search Cheri's patterns and perhaps add this to my list for something new.

The orange plaid on your pumpkin is a nice choice. Your block almost makes me wish for fall (almost).

I was debating about buying this book today. You might have convinced me I have to!

Susan said...

Oh, no, it was a different one, as this is a pattern. But I went to buy the book anyway, even though it's different from this.

I love your plaid pumpkin! It sure looks like a "FUN" quilt! Maybe I'll make it later - that's what I'm doing with Flags of the American Revolution. I'm a little behind Lori - actually, a lot behind her!
