The Milkmaid's Album Quilt

I am working on a four block album style quilt using a pattern called "The Milkmaid's Abum Quilt".  It is an out of print pattern by Betty Alderman.  I have enlarged the block designs by 140% for ease of applique.  Here is block number one.

I just finished prepping block number two.  I like the folk art look of the designs.

I always love seeing what you're working on. Apparently I've missed quite a few posts, so just read back to see all the eye candy.

Spent some time catching up on your blog post and all the beautiful blocks you manage to whip up. Wish I could sit long enough to stitch...sigh.

A charming block - and wonderful applique as always - the boots on the gentleman are terrific! If I had tried the boots, they would look like mukluks!
