Mary Witherwax Block Update

My final blocks for the "Mary Witherwax" quilt I am working on.  I am not doing the same layout as the pattern so I don't need all the blocks from the pattern set.  I had a layout in my mind but knew I would not make a final decision until I could lay the blocks out.  I could not get the look I wanted with alternating a variety of background pieces between the applique blocks.  Now I have them on point and side by side.  The blocks are consuming my family room floor so I need to make a final decision in the next couple days.

Thanks for stopping by for a visit.

This is a lot of blocks! Are these just "the latest", or is this everything you have made?
I can't wait to see the final layout.

Look at all those blocks. Coming up with your own setting design will definitely make this quilt special. There's always a different good idea. Love that green wool with your witch!

More adorable blocks! Are you going to do an applique border like the pattern? I'm guessing that you don't have a little pet that will "help" rearrange your blocks on the floor.
